  • Keme Nzerem

    DIRECTOR/PRODUCER

    Award winning journalist Keme Nzerem is a presenter, broadcaster and film-maker. He was the face of Channel 4 News' BAFTA nominated Black to Front coverage in 2021. The Long Juju is his first feature documentary. Washington - Moscow - Johannesburg - Rio - London.

    For the past two decades Keme has reported from around the globe on wide ranging issues from corruption, politics, and human rights - to sport. Keme’s work and his stories are known for nuance and sensitivity and have included major stories such as the Grenfell fire, paedophiles in football and the election of Barack Obama.

    Piers is a Director of Photography with over 25 years of experience producing content for major broadcasters and streamers with clients including Netflix, Amazon, BBC, PBS, Nat Geo and many others.

    Piers works with many of the most recognisable faces and has travelled to over 75 countries to reveal the world’s hidden people and places.

    He has shot feature docs, drama serials and one-offs, observational documentary, constructed reality, specialist factual and history.

  • Tolu Stedford

    UK PRODUCER

    Tolu Stedford has over 20 years of industry experience and has produced, written and associate director credits encompassing television, film, and stage. FILM LONDON has recognised Tolu as a promising industry leader as part of the Breaking Glass Ceiling 23 cohort.

    She is a BAFTA Connect member, British Screen Forum's Future Leader, Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre ‘Industry Champion,’ Film and TV Charity IPP panel member, Reclaim the Frame Advisory board member, KIFF Film Festival Jury member, Comic Relief Pop Culture Funding Body Member and member of the ScreenSkills Film Council.

  • Stefan Forbes

    US PRODUCER

    Stefan Forbes is a writer/director who’s been nominated for two Emmy Awards, the WGA Award, and the Humanitas Award.

    His films Hold Your Fire and Boogie Man: The Lee Atwater Story have won the Edward R. Murrow Award, the George Polk Award, the DocNYC Grand Jury Prize, the Library of Congress Ken Burns Award, and the IDA Emerging Filmmaker Award.

  • Bernice Alexander Bennett

    GENEALOGIST/FAMILY HISTORIAN

    Bernice Alexander Bennett is an award-winning genealogist/family historian, author, nationally recognized guest speaker, storyteller, and producer-host of the podcast - Research at the National Archives and Beyond. Bernice is also the co-founder and faculty member of the Midwest African American Genealogy Institute and a former member of the Board of Directors for the National Genealogical Society. She received a BS from Grambling State University and an MPH degree from the University of Michigan.

  • Zeb Achonu

    EDITOR

    Zeb is an editor with over two decades’ experience in the film and TV industry. Her work has spanned various genres but now has a focus on Documentary. She has edited award winning films and TV shows, with work being screened on major broadcasters and streamers, as well as at festivals and in cinemas nationally and internationally. Zeb is an outspoken advocate for diversity and inclusion in post-production, a member of BAFTA, BFE and WFTV.
